*Basic Organizing includes excavation and restoration:
Excavation entails the uncovering, sorting and disposal, where appropriate, of all items within the work area.
Restoration entails space planning and the storage and replacement of kept items within the area.
* Basic interior design includes walls, ceiling, floors, windows and furnishings. No architectural changes will be made. All materials will be purchased by client. Gas surcharge per trip for jobs more than 35 miles outside of Frederick City.
